This document serves to guide postgraduate students in order to help setup the LaTeX template for a thesis by publication project according to the guidelines set out by the Discipline of Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering, University of KwaZulu-Natal. Throughout this document it is assumed that the reader is somewhat familiar with basic LaTeX editing.
